I had quite a large lot to remove, as the winter had just started and I was determined to do a thorough house clearance this year, which meant everything from old papers and magazines to unused furniture. This was the year that I would finally tackle the attic, as well as have my old garden shed demolished and hauled off, so this would be a large job. I checked for a rubbish clearance company online and found Waste Clearance London. Their prices were quite reasonable, so I decided to give them a ring. The booking online was quite easy, customer service was spot on, answering all my queries without hesitation. They scheduled for the next morning, and had no problem working around my own personal schedule. The service I received from them on that day was absolutely fantastic, and quite unexpected. From the very beginning the entire process rolled out smoothly. The workers rang me up to know that they were arriving soon, and turned up at the appointed time. They were efficient, well-mannered and listened to any instruction that I gave without so much as a word. In the end, I was quite pleased with all that had transpired. I had carefully labelled each and every pile, 'clothing', 'toys', 'cookware', etc. I did this so they would have an easier time collecting it. The piles of waste were quickly removed, every bit of it removed. The workers took extra time to make sure that they left no hint of any mess behind, not so much as a hanky. I was also extremely pleased to note that there were no hidden fees, no hidden 'extras', and they did not try to sell me on any other service, such as garden rubbish disposal. Overall, I must say that the entire experience made me feel quite content and the stress over having so much to move out, had now dissipated. This is an excellent waste removal company, courteous, keeps to the original quote with no surprises. I will recommend them to family and friends, and of course, I will utilise their services again if the need arises.

Garages are really the most neglected sections of the house. Big Ben are the true house clearing people to call if you need anything throwing away. I tried arranging things with the local council but they were being really awkward and taking far too much time. It seems these days if you've got a lot of things you need taking away you need to pay a lot because the council won't do it. That's not true! They lugged boxes and boxes and boxes out into the driveway for me and were friendly and courteous while they did it. In the end I just left them to it and went to cook dinner. I will be using them again when I need them, without a doubt.

I recently had some renovations made to my home, and though I was happy with the work that was done, there was a lot of mess and waste left behind! A friend told me to try Big Ben, and hiring them was a great decision! They were very friendly and helpful, gave me a good price, and worked very well to clear all the waste and junk that had been left. Hiring this company saved me so much stress and hassle, and I can't believe how cheap they were either!

Big Ben worked really well to clear the waste left over from my builders - and it was a very big job. I needed an office waste clearance company that wasn't too expensive, but that could work quickly so I could get back to business. The team worked exceptionally well and nothing was left behind. I can't fault the service, or the friendly and helpful staff members, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for clearance services that aren't too costly!

I thought I was going to be stuck with this house full of rubbish forever, until I found out that Big Ben offer rates which are affordable by my definition of the word. The property clearance service was utterly stellar and saw my house getting cleared out in no time at all. They left no mess while they did it and it was as if all the stuff just disappeared in a flash! I was downstairs reading at the time and it seemed like they were finished in less than an hour. I'd highly recommend this efficient firm to anyone I know.

A storm made a true mess out of my garden last year and uprooted the bushes, trees and hedges. There was no hope of replanting so I called Big Ben to get rid of it all, hoping they could at least move some of it. They were able to get the whole lot loaded up and taken away in less than a day, for which I was truly thankful. It was not even expensive, it was a cheap job to do and they were very flexible on time meaning I could schedule their visit around existing commitments. Would 100% recommend!

The most professional firm I have worked with in a long while, Big Ben know that customer service is very important. They were polite, accommodating of my requests and flexible in their work. Their waste removal service in the local area is said to be second to none and now I see why. No other company has treated my needs quite so graciously as Big Ben, and for that I'm very thankful and recommending them to anyone who needs clearance, whether it's a whole home, just a room, or a garden and garage. Being busy people, my wife and I found ourselves with more things than we knew what to do with. It was partially the fault of the rubbish collectors who didn't come half as often as they were meant to and partially my own fault for not making time for a big clear out, but it was solved when I called Big Ben and got them to come and throw the whole lot out. Now we have a pristine living environment which is a joy to clean since it isn't such a big task. Thanks very much!

I needed a furniture clearance firm since I was downsizing my house and moving into a one-bedroomed flat. The sofas had been ripped up by the cats and nothing was in a state anyone would want to buy, so I called Big Ben to come and take it all away just because they had the best prices I could find. In the end, it wasn't just that they were affordable, they had everything I could have possibly wanted. Speed, efficiency, friendliness. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

When I was planning on moving home I wasn't planning on taking all my old rubbish with me. It was pretty easy to single out the rubbish - it was everything in storage. I was moving on to bigger and better horizons and didn't want all this tat dragging me down while I do it. I called Big Ben and told them that everything in the two storage cupboards needs throwing out, they were happy to oblige and brought it all down the flight of stairs of my flat. I always worry about letting clearers do all the work, but they were so nice I didn't have time for that.

I wouldn't normally come on the internet to write a review about a great clearance company, but this time, I have to! I would feel like we might have really messed Big Ben around trying to work out all of our complicated arrangements, but they were so understanding and compliant that nothing turned out to be a problem at all. It was a pleasure to work with a firm in the services in-dustry which wasn't grumpy and awkward. We know who to call the next time we need office clearance.

After a moving to a home with a garden which was a total nightmare we decided we'd need an industrial sized removal service to deal with it. The greenhouse was in a state of decline to put it nicely and there were so many things you'd not expect to see in anyone's garden. Big Ben sent a garden clearance team around on the same day we called and were able to load all of the tricky bits of rubbish into their van with ease. No problem was too big for those lads. If, for any rea-son, the garden turns out as bad as that again we will know who to call.

A good bit of waste removal and our house looked brand new. Did we really need that old sofa in the garage? Highly doubtful, I think it's not being missed ever so much. Did we need that poorly assembled flat-pack table? I think not! We just shoved in the skip and waved goodbye to it with no love lost. Big Ben did a great job of coming to pick our things up and leaving with no hassle. They were really easy to deal with, and affordable too. We'll be using them in the future for any clearance needs.

To say that we needed an ‘end of tenancy cleaning' would be a joke. We'd all be flatmates for almost nine years and we had gathered up so much rubbish in that time and none of us even knew who owned it any more. Before we could clean up we needed some of the rubbish out of the way so we checked around for a place which would be willing to cope with a really tough task. After reading some of the reviews and finding out that they do heavy duty clearance for things like build-er's waste we decided to call Big Ben in for flat clearance. We're very pleased with the service but hopefully won't have to use it again if we're clean, tidy and thoughtful.

After I'd had my garden landscaped I needed garden waste clearance to get rid of the tree branches, bushes and patches of turf which were left behind. After searching around I found that Big Ben were the best value for money and had a lot of happy customers. When they came take the garden waste away they were fast, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. This is a relief considering that some waste removal firms in the past were only good at wasting my time. I will definitely be working with Big Ben if I need to in the future.
